Conference Program
The at-a-glance program for the 2008 IEEE International Symposium on Electronics and the Environment is now available. This year's event will feature 2 free professional education tutorials, 21 ISEE Technical Sessions, a poster exhibit, and a student paper competition (sponsored by IBM). There will also be a plenary panel on the emerging dialogue on carbon footprinting and labeling.
The 2 keynote speeches at this year's event will be delivered by Brad Gammons of IBM and Alan Meier of Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Brad will address issues associated with the intelligent energy grid and Alan will speak on research done related to improving energy efficiency in various applications.
