Rates & Booking

Room rates are US$159.00 single/double (plus all applicable taxes). These special group block rates are available from 5/7/06 to 5/11/06. Reservations must be made by 16 April 2006, with reservations received after this date accepted on a space available basis.

Attendees can make their reservations via phone (1800 233 1234) or click here for online booking.

When registering via phone please reference IEEE Computer Society's ISEE group block rates.

An advance deposit is required of the first nights stay. In case of cancellation, deposit will be refunded as long as guest cancels the reservation 24 hours prior to arrival. Hotel check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 12:00pm

Transportation

To and From San Francisco Airport:

Complimentary Shuttle: Runs 5AM-Midnight daily. Shuttle is available every day. Take your luggage to the Upper Level, center island, where it is marked: Hotel Shuttle. The Shuttle is a large bus marked Hyatt Regency and Marriott. All hotels share services. The Shuttle circles every 15 minutes.

For arrivals from Midnight - 5AM you need to call the hotel, 650-347-1234 and the Operator will advise the driver of your arrival. Pick up is at the Upper Level, center island, where it is marked: Hotel Shuttle. The Shuttle is a large bus marked Hyatt Regency and Marriott. All hotels share services.

If physically challenged, guest needs to call the hotel, 650-347-1234 and the Operator will contact the Shuttle Dispatcher for the appropriate vehicle. The Shuttle will meet the guest at the physically challenged pick up area, curbside. There is no need to cross the median. The Shuttle usually arrives approximately 20 minutes from the time the guest calls.

From Hyatt Regency (Burlingame) to Downtown San Francisco:

Airport Commuter: The exclusive Limousine and town car provider for the Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport. The hotel's Guest Service Staff can make arrangements for guests or the guest can contact Airport Commuter directly at 1-888-876-1777 ext 222.

BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) From Airport to downtown is approximately $4.95.

SFO Airporter shuttle service is offered between SFO Int'l Airport and downtown locations (Embarcadero or Union Square). Cost is $10 one way, $15 round trip. Guests can take complimentary Hyatt Hotel Shuttle Bus to and from SFO Airport to connect with Airporter. SFO Airporter fares are subject to change without notice
